Voter Experience Survey

In 2002, the United States government passed the Help America Vote Act (HAVA). This law was created to improve the electoral process in the United States, including replacing voting machines, making polling places accessible to all, and education about voting to individuals. Section 291 of this law directs P&As to “ensure the full participation in the electoral process for individuals with disabilities, including registering to vote, casting a vote and accessing polling places.” Kentucky Protection and Advocacy would like to know about your voting experiences and ask that you answer the following questions.
