KRS 216B.305 mandates that the Cabinet for Health Services adopt standards through administrative regulation relating to boarding homes. This administrative regulation provides the standards for the operation of boarding homes. Executive Order 96-862, effective July 2, 1996, reorganizes the Cabinet for Human Resources and places the Department for Public Health and its programs under the Cabinet for Health Services.
