This conference takes the theme "Creating and Sustaining 21st Century Learning Communities," reflecting the blending of leadership, instructional strategies, and technology in shaping high performance learners. There are a number of sessions targeting reading and math instruction, integration of emerging technologies (i.e. blogging, instant messaging, internet 2.0, etc.) into instruction, as well as sessions for teachers serving students with low incidence disabilities. Presenters include classroom practitioners and researchers such as Harvard's Professor of Learning Technologies, Chris Dede. Leadership and PD credit will be offered. | ||
